Check-in time is any time after 2 pm. Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than our standard check-in time, please contact us directly in advance.
Guests should present their own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification.
Archon Luxury Villas will make every effort to honor special requests upon arrival. However the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Check-out is at midday. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability.
Archon Luxury Villas can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the luggage room after check-out time if needed.
All villas are subject to a cancellation policy depending on which kind of rates/reservation you have chosen. Please contact the hotel to have more information.
Generally, for reservations during the high – season period (June – August) the cancellation is free of charge 14 days prior to the date of arrival. For reservations during the rest of the year (September – May) the cancellation is free of charge 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Kindly note that in case of a potential travel ban due to Covid-19 related government regulations, that restricts you from travelling to Greece, you will be credited the amount of your reservation against a future booking, valid for a period of 16 months from the original booking dates.
